Our Accident Aftercare team will look after the whole process for you. We will manage the repairs, provide you with a replacement vehicle and manage your claim against the at-fault party.
All you need to do is give our Accident Management team a call, press option 2 for aftersales and then option 4.
RECOVER YOUR VEHICLE
If your vehicle is not driveable, we will arrange to have it recovered and moved to an appropriate location until it can be repaired.
GET YOU BACK ON THE ROAD
Whilst your vehicle is being repaired, we will provide you with a comparable vehicle to your own.
ORGANISE REPAIRS
Most people do not realise that they have the right to choose who repairs their vehicle when they have a non-fault accident. Our service ensures only Genuine MINI parts are used.
MANAGE THE PROCESS
Our team will co-ordinate the repairs and liaise with your insurance company and the third- party insurer to take away the stress and inconvenience. We will also handle any uninsured losses and any personal injury claim for you saving you the hassle of pursuing it yourself.
