Service was good disappointed with it costing me money

After the service, which included topping up washer fluid, the windscreen washer stopped working. I took the car back a week later and was told this is due to me using the wrong washer fluid and I would have to pay £160 to have it fixed.

The staff at the dealership were polite and professional but offered no assistance like courtesy car, collection or sit and wait appointment after the initial cancellation. The repair took an hour apparently and was done at 4pm

They did the MOT and service as requested, my car was ready promptly and I like the car inspection video. The cost was in line with the quote I had been given. As I commented above, people were pleasant to deal with.

Amazing customer service. I waited till the service / MOT was done and was offered an office to work in. The car had to be kept overnight so was given a courtesy car which was great. Nicole Kiberd was great and kept me in the loop all the time.

Charging £90 to put a tyre in a rim as a spare for the boot was a joke. I will never go back to cobham bmw and I know lots of people who won't either. I will tell everyone I can how bad you are.
