I was satisfied with the service and report but I paid for a seasonal check and car wash and the car wash was absolutely terrible! I did receive a follow up call and was refunded the £39 and offered to take the car back in to be washed again!

Communication could've been a bit better. I rec'd the video health check at 2 pm but then didn't get a call until the end of the day to say they needed the car overnight. It was all a bit confusing as I didn't know whether the car was fixed or not.
