Customer service was great but I was shocked by the price. I had had a very expensive full service 2 months previous and so was expecting a £54 MOT but had what I thought was a minor problem with the seat which cost around £700!

Reception staff not particularly friendly. Otherwise didn't see or talk to a human bar initial booking call so that's the only real impression of the company
