The booking process was seamless. The mechanic process with video and feedback was great. My son dropped the car off and collected and didn't find the service check in staff as friendly / helpful as we would expect.

Excellent, professional service from the whole Berry team, particularly my Service Advisor, Henry Tanor, who was highly professional, friendly and courteous, as always.
