Service was good disappointed with it costing me money

After the service, which included topping up washer fluid, the windscreen washer stopped working. I took the car back a week later and was told this is due to me using the wrong washer fluid and I would have to pay £160 to have it fixed.

Charlie repaired the issue and paid attention to the additional notes I had written on my booking form which helped us both in terms of identifying an issue and resolving it first time.
