Communication could've been a bit better. I rec'd the video health check at 2 pm but then didn't get a call until the end of the day to say they needed the car overnight. It was all a bit confusing as I didn't know whether the car was fixed or not.

I am very happy with my mini dealership in Cobham and especially the service team Lauren and Savannah who are incredibly professional helpful and are on it. Their communication is amazing.
