Very expensive for such a small service. The time I booked was changed. Too many emails and texts beforehand. Still receiving texts and emails afterwards reminding me to book a service (with 20% discount!!). Mini app still shows I need a service.

Hayley at Cobham was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. I would have given 5 stars if it was just about Hayley however after the service I found my steering wheel was marked and scuffed which is disappointing.

I was sent a visual health check (really helpful) within an hour of booking in my car and the service was carried out swiftly. I was greeted on both visits with smiles and everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional.

Very good customer service. Excellent communication. My only reason for not going for 5 stars is the extremely steep charge to check the reverse light. £210 is too much before the engineer has even checked the bulb! Esp when paying £380 service MOT.

Darnell was helpful ( the advisor ) Sadly the Issues were no local customer drop off or pick up. Didn't offer to call me a cab. Only half my car was hoovered which they sorted after I noticed. When you are paying £1000 for a service details matter.

Too expensive. Also someone could have said something about removing the child seat to test the rear seatbelt. Wasn't too happy that the drive train light for transmission oil came up a two days later. Booked into affordable garage for that.

I was told that all 4 tyres had run down to the wires and needed replacing at a cost of £1,100 or £270 each. The car has only done 12,000 miles and the tyres should last between 20,000 and 30,000 miles. I checked the tyres which had plenty tread left

I was very dissatisfied with my most recent visit to this Service Centre. In particular, the attitude of the Service Manager after I politely raised an issue. I will mention that other staff were helpful, and the mechanical service appears to be OK.

I suffered a minor stroke before I could attend.I got in touch but was told they couldn't offer pick up and drop off.I emailed complaining of this.They got back to me and very kindly arranged a new date,pick up and drop off hence the 5 star satisfied

Customer service was great but I was shocked by the price. I had had a very expensive full service 2 months previous and so was expecting a £54 MOT but had what I thought was a minor problem with the seat which cost around £700!

Lauren is always excellent to deal with but on this occasion difficult to get hold of on the phone. Was hoping for an independent investigation over what we were told by RAC and so would prob have been a lot quicker

Every single aspect of the service was exceptional. Every person I encountered was friendly and professional. They were also efficient and exuded warmth.

The service went well and was efficient. I asked the key fob to be looked at as it is not always connecting with the car to open the doors or start the engine. I was told there was no issue with it, but there is still a problem.
