The booking process was seamless. The mechanic process with video and feedback was great. My son dropped the car off and collected and didn't find the service check in staff as friendly / helpful as we would expect.

I was satisfied with the service and report but I paid for a seasonal check and car wash and the car wash was absolutely terrible! I did receive a follow up call and was refunded the £39 and offered to take the car back in to be washed again!
