I was told that all 4 tyres had run down to the wires and needed replacing at a cost of £1,100 or £270 each. The car has only done 12,000 miles and the tyres should last between 20,000 and 30,000 miles. I checked the tyres which had plenty tread left

I was very dissatisfied with my most recent visit to this Service Centre. In particular, the attitude of the Service Manager after I politely raised an issue. I will mention that other staff were helpful, and the mechanical service appears to be OK.

I suffered a minor stroke before I could attend.I got in touch but was told they couldn't offer pick up and drop off.I emailed complaining of this.They got back to me and very kindly arranged a new date,pick up and drop off hence the 5 star satisfied
